A friend of mine shared her experience in the Korean hospital with me so i decided to give it a try . And there may be the greatest number of questions from household (how to stay depending on the budget, how to get or leave, how to properly prepare for various studies, how to eat better in place (especially if there is no experience of Asian cuisine) and many other questions that were not even thought about at home), to a very specialized medical. All our questions received quick and comprehensive answers both before arrival and during the stay and even after (there was such a thing). Responded promptly to emerging requests for additional research or transfer or replacement (could not undergo an MRI, a peculiarity of attitude towards this type of diagnostics was found, replaced by another). Translators are qualified, very friendly, young, Russian-speaking. In periods of expectations, they willingly share their knowledge of the country. Similarly, the clinic staff is attentive and definitely not indifferent. If you get the first impression of the opposite, do not believe him (the impression), our experience says that it is very attentive and sensitive.

It is necessary to immediately prepare, without illusions, for the fact that the approach to medicine is completely different. Absolutely western. And that means high qualification for your money and everything is clear without fuss and without extra time. Get ready for the fact that “and talk to the doctor” - this is not in Korea. According to reviews in America, the same approach. Although there is certainly such a doctor with whom to talk. It may seem that little time is spent for me and my problem. But again this is our Russian view. All Koreans (and they make up the majority of visitors) are given the same amount of time and quality does not suffer (we recall the statistics of the average life expectancy of Koreans).

Not unimportant is the attitude of the representative of the clinic, Natalia Lobanova, in which she tries to maximally balance your requests and the possibilities of the clinic. This includes avoiding excessive expenses. Not least important were her recommendations on pastime (time was good) in Seoul, which added positive impressions about this interesting country.

We passed diagnostics with the whole family and can share our positive experience. Unfortunately, we cannot share the experience of treatment (and fortunately for us), but we observed both Russians and Koreans undergoing treatment, if necessary we will consider this particular clinic.

Almost a week passed since my husband and I came from Seoul, where we were diagnosed and treated at the Khanyang clinic .   After reading a lot of positive reviews about the translator Natalia Lobanova, they also decided to use her   services, contacted her and   did not regret.   Responsive, benevolent,  she accompanied us when visiting all the doctors (and  we have a lot of health problems ).   A very experienced translator, almost fluent in Korean, knows all the subtleties, is very easy with her,   reacts promptly to all our wishes. Every evening I did a detour, everything was fine, how was the day. Taught us to use the   subway, showed where you can cheap,   but eat tasty. we  could at any time appeal to her   and therefore were relatively calm. This is so important when you are in a foreign country.   Our survey was successful. Thanks to Natalia for   her work, sensitivity,   care. If we decide to go again, we   turn only   to   Natalia.

Our story begins this way: for a long time I treated the thyroid gland, after all the hormonal preparations, the doctors did not even allow me to think about children. They said that there will be many deviations, in general, all sorts of horror stories.Thank God everything was cured. Then it turned out that I did not have ovulation ... and then again a mountain of pills. It takes a month, two, six months, a year, and all the pills do not help. We went to Moscow for treatment, and as it turned out, our valiant regional doctors did not prescribe the pills, they just suppressed my ovulation! After the cancellation of hormones, everything returned to normal and here again some failures. We decided to go for a consultation in Korea. On the Internet, I came across this website, which advised us to the clinic .Long corresponded, consulted, sent analyzes. And the verdict without IVF will be very difficult to conceive. Consulted with my husband and decided that we need to go. The time is passing, as they say, and we are not younger / As soon as we landed in Seoul, we immediately realized that Mother Russia is a stone age. Natalia met us, escorted to the bus to get to Gwangju. On the bus to go 3.5 -4 hours, but they are quite comfortable and time flies quickly. We got it late in the evening. We were met, taken to the clinic, settled, all showed. We decided to live all this time in the clinic, and not in a hotel, so much calmer and everything is close by! The next day, we met our coordinators and Professor Bum-Chae Choi. He is very kind, sympathetic, worried about patients like his children. We have a great rarity. Immediately passed all the necessary tests within 15 minutes, we would have spent half a day walking around the cabinets. A translator always accompanied us. It was always possible to contact and immediately they helped with the solution of any questions and problems. Injections were assigned, ultrasound and that day "X" - egg collection. I was given an IV drip for the first time, anesthesia was given for the first time. And I am very happy that it was done there, precisely in this clinic. Absolutely nothing felt and did not understand what happened. Nothing hurt, really wanted to sleep. After 4 days I had two embryos planted. It remains only to wait for the results of hCG. These were the longest days ... After 10 days, finally, the long-awaited result and Hurray !!! I AM PREGNANT! This feeling is beyond words! What would be no complications decided to stay before the ultrasound, because long flight was coming. 20. 12 day ultrasound is very worried how much was attached. Professor Bum-Chae Choi said that there is 1 fertilized egg. I was delighted, because, like all the girls, I already looked after wheelchairs and cots. It was the last reception, after which there was a long flight ... Even in Gwangju, they advised me to go to an ultrasound scan in my city and check my heartbeat. We did just that. 30.12 the day of the second ultrasound here I went with my husband.Very exciting, it seems to me that I was more worried than for the first time. I look at the monitor and see not one child, but immediately TWO. The doctor turns to me and says that we will have twins! Our fertilized egg already when I was at home “decided” to split up and make us doubly happy!)) Many thanks to Professor Choi, a doctor from God! All clinic staff, and once again our coordinators for taking care of us and helping! We could not even think what happens such an attitude towards patients, reading the reviews did not believe that this could be so, but in the end we checked all this and made sure that this is how it is! The first IVF attempt was successful. Thank you all very much!

In 2015, I had a tumor on the X-ray purely by chance. It's just that sometimes my right patella tingled when I got up from the floor (I rarely sat there, and it didn't even hurt when I got up from higher places, like a sofa / bed), and I kept putting off the examination. So I decided to go on an x-ray, and the radiologist turned out to be very good, so I saw “something” at the bottom of the picture and redefined the area already below the knee! “Please sit down. You have a tumor that looks more like a good-quality one, I advise you to go to Utepov in the cancer center, ”I will not describe my feelings after I learned this news!  So, part of the series of hospitals, given that I fell straight to the head (there are a lot of familiar people who helped me to get to him and write as it is and do not deny that in these hospitals have good doctors, but still): In oncology at Utepova - they said that it looked like a benign, “smooth” edges at the tumor! We will know for sure if we make a puncture and send it to histology and at the same time that same puncture can cause the process of tumor to turn from a benign to a malignant one. The choice is mine, but they said that it is better to turn to traumatology and advised the doctor (as it turned out, this is the manager);In Traumatology (I don’t remember the address, Almaty at the bottom) - after the words that the operation is difficult, i.e. In addition to the trauma surgeon, a neurosurgeon is needed to separate the joint, but if they touch it (and it is thin), the leg will dangle (and this will not be possible to recover). This clinic did not arouse any confidence.  At that time, I was just moving to Astana. Therefore, the third hospital was the Research Institute of Traumatology in Astana. True, then I heard a response from a close person, who, by the way, had his legs treated there, is still lame.   My husband and I decided to have an operation abroad. They picked up all the contacts, there were 4 options: Germany, Israel, Korea and China. We were counted on a very “approximate price” in case a tumor would turn out to be both benign and malignant.At that time, Korea was the most inexpensive! This really surprised me (considering that their clinics are advanced), although I thought it would be China (where I did not want to go). I was coordinated by Natalia Lobanova, who was advised to me by my cousin, for which he thanks! She picked up a Kyonha clinic and a professor in Seoul to whom I would be best served with such a problem after first showing him my pictures!  Of course, it was very scary to fly somewhere unknown, but Natalia explained / showed / told and accompanied! At the first meeting with the professor, he told how the operation would be done, what the risk is, that an additional bone would be needed in order to put the missing section in place, which means an additional section of the incision on the body. Knowing that the operation was complicated, I was not interested in additional cuts, the main thing was at that time that I walked like everyone else. During the operation, the professor found a way to solve my problem with one incision. Since we agreed in advance about the operation in Korea, the next day there was an operation. As soon as they woke me up, they immediately checked the sensitivity of the fingers of the operated leg, I was able to move them, I felt touches on the fingers. This meant that I would walk.The tumor turned out to be benign (they learned about it after removal). Natalya, I bow to you and the professor! Six months of rehabilitation on crutches and I go!

Some nuances that I think will be interesting: Anyone of course will be interested in how the cost of a recovery operation runs?

- during the operation, the counter goes online, that is, the anastasiologist gives anesthesia, the cost of anesthesia is counted by the minute (the shorter the operation is more expensive than anesthesia) - the cost was added, some material was used, an additional survey was done   - and so was added. At the end, at discharge, the entire cost of the operation is formed. Being in the hospital paid - I was 2 weeks. There are chambers, both general and separate. Differ, of course, in cost. Only through the cashier to the hospital. Natalia, I did not pay anything.

Nurses are not like us. In Korea, they perform the assignment of a leading professor, set up systems, take down various indications, give medicines. Ie the nurse should be hired separately, if necessary.

In January 2017, I (50 years old) and my daughter (30 years old) were examined at the Korean Gyeonggi Clinic. I, working at sea, every year passed a commission and the analysis did not show any deviations in health. The doctors blamed all my complaints (shortness of breath, sweating) on ​​age and menopause, although everything turned out to be much more serious. Initially it was assumed that we would go to Korea because of my daughter. Her hair fell out much longer and we did not want to experiment, I also decided to undergo a small examination. Through the Internet,we found the site and wrote off with Natalia. It is worth noting that she immediately made a pleasant impression on us. Natalya quickly and clearly answered all the questions that arose here. When she learned my age, she advised me to take the Gold program (with a focus on examining the heart and blood vessels) for me and Bronze for my daughter,
In comparison with our hospitals, the clarity and professionalism of Korean medical workers pleasantly surprised me. Everyone was very polite and delicate. We started the procedures at 9:00 and finished around 12:00, we took all the tests, took all the pictures, such a complicated procedure as gastroendoscopy is painful and very unpleasant, they did it very quickly and quietly, we were just put to sleep calculating the dose, and we woke up after the end of the procedure. Each of us had our own translator so that we could answer the questions of doctors and perform the necessary actions. In the future, after 4 - 5 days when issuing test results or if there is a problem in any field, the professor will advise you. They show pictures, analyzes, explain in detail the problem (if any) and its consequences, offer treatment and necessary preparations. In general if you do not want to experiment on you (which drugs will help and what diagnosis you will determine), go to Korea. You will not regret it, in any case, you will be accurately determined the diagnosis and you will know which way you will go from here. Koreans do not treat one organ, they see the body as a whole and, accordingly, they do not hesitate, but for sure. Even if you do not have much money for treatment, you can simply be examined in Korea, and continue the treatment in Russia, having received the recommendations and diagnosis of Korean doctors.

I learned about the possibility of a survey in Korea from my good friends. I started to look at different sources on the Internet, there was a lot of different information, but most of all I was interested in the site "Examination and treatment without intermediaries", where the organizer is Natalia Lobanova. I wrote to her. She immediately answered me, explained everything in detail, and a month later, in January of this year, flew to Seoul at the Gyeonggi International Medical Center. With me flew my eldest daughter, who had long dreamed of going to Seoul. 
We want to express our deep gratitude to Natalia, for her organization, professionalism, for the fact that she so intelligibly explains everything and as a person she is very pleasant in communication, interesting.

At the beginning of November 2016,I and my  two friends, we underwent a medical examination at the University Hospital of Gyeonggi.

Thanks to Natalia and Professor Choi.

We could not get pregnant for 5 years naturally, while in Khabarovsk we were examined and treated in several clinics. They prescribed medication there, they said that everything is normal, that you can do it yourself and at the same time you did not give IVF.

Since there was no point in waiting further, we decided to do IVF in South Korea.

We started on the Internet by searching for clinics and reading reviews, visiting forums, etc., and came across the Natalia Lobanova website http://www.medicalseoul.ru, which is the treatment coordinator in South Korea, we contacted Natalia. She explained everything to us (from everyday issues to the IVF procedure), she was always in touch, and in the end we decided. At once we will say that clinics in Seoul did not consider, since Professor Choi’s probability of successful IVF is not lower (or higher) than in Seoul, and the cost is at least 2 times lower, which is important, given the current exchange rate of the ruble.

As a result, tickets of the Asiana company were purchased and the flight Khabarovsk-Seoul took place. Natalia met us at Seoul Airport, held a bus stop, helped buy tickets to Gwangju and put us on the bus (runs every half hour). The bus is very comfortable, and the 3.5 hour journey went well.

In Gwangju at the bus station (arrived already after dark), the Russian-speaking clinic manager Elena met us and helped us settle in the rooms of the clinic itself.

Well, from the next day, we had a meeting with Professor Choi (a very good doctor !!!), who explained everything in an accessible manner and we dispelled the last doubts about the correctness of the choice of clinic. Well, then there were the necessary tests, stimulation, vitamins and the IVF procedure itself (successfully). We want to say that the analysis takes place very quickly (10-20 minutes, in Russia it took several hours), the clinic staff is helpful, always ready to help. Natalia, too, was always in touch and helped to solve emerging issues.

On the way back, Natalia met us at Incheon Airport and returned $ 450 (as she has an ACTION FOR FAMILY COUPLES!  When paying for infertility treatment over $ 5,000, returning $ 450 upon completion of treatment , we spent $ 6500 in the clinic.)

 My wife and I had to come to the survey in Seoul at the beginning of October 2016. Each such trip is preceded by a search for a good translator. This time, looking at the information I was interested in on the Internet, I came across the website of Natalia "Treatment and examination in clinics in South Korea without intermediaries." I read reviews from compatriots who had to undergo examination and treatment accompanied by Natalia and realized that this is the translator need 

  The case was somewhat complicated by the fact that we needed to undergo one examination of the heart surgery performed in a private clinic. Usually translators are extremely reluctant to do this kind of work. As a rule, they all prefer to work with large medical clinics at medical universities.

  But we were lucky. I started negotiations with Natalia about two months before our trip and at first it was difficult for her to decide whether she could give us about two hours on a certain day in October. But time gradually approached the time of my examination at a cardiac surgeon and Natalya found time in her schedule and agreed to participate in my examination. 

  Half an hour before the reception, Natalya arrived at the hotel where I was staying at exactly the appointed time. I briefly introduced her to my past operation, about how I feel and what questions I am going to ask the professor.

  After all the tests that I took at the clinic and during our conversation with the professor translated by Natalia, my condition was assessed as satisfactory and I said goodbye to the heart surgeon before the next meeting in the future. I really hope that Natalia will accompany me next time. In the course of our conversation with the professor, I appreciated Natalia as a specialist translator who is fluent in Korean with a good knowledge of medicine.  

  Then my wife and I had tests at the Kenhi University Clinic. We both underwent gastroscopy and I had a urology consultation. All this happened with the direct participation of Natalia, exactly at the appointed time and without problems.

Recently we returned from Korea: trips to which we had been going for so long and all the time something prevented us from carrying it out.)  URGENT ORGANIZATION OF THE SURVEY AND TREATMENT IN KOREA

01/10/2016 we flew to Seoul for the purpose of examination at the Kenhi Medical Clinic. Before that, there was a long search for a clinic, research of the Internet and the market for this type of service. There were various doubts. Several clinics were considered: Severans, Cheil, and others. Quite by chance on the Internet came across a page of Natalia Lobanova (Hon), wrote. Natasha immediately replied to me with a detailed description of the programs. Then I also asked a lot of questions about the survey and, in general, about being in Korea. Natasha is very accessible and understandable explained everything to me. She helped us with the hotel, we called up and discussed everything in advance, very convenient.

We are from Vladivostok. When you are over 40 years old, all kinds of sores begin to appear, then involuntarily you begin to think about your health, think about an examination.

Like all others, they began to be examined in Vladivostok. After numerous trips to doctors, laboratories, diagnostic centers, we were shocked by the diagnoses we received, some of which were not completely disagree. And so they decided to go to Korea.

 The next day, the survey began. We were assigned a translator. For all of our survey we spent only half a day. During the examination and further treatment, from the very beginning we were shocked by the friendliness and care of the medical staff.

After the survey we were told the results. The need for urgent surgery was clarified.

My impressions of the treatment in Korea.

My trip to Seoul is due to the need for spinal treatment. The disease is chronic, and MRI said that I need to strengthen the spine. I was recommended to the Seoul Clinic of Oriental Medicine Chasen. Appealed to the Irkutsk company.
